Developed and designed internal newsletters for a sustainable energy company in Hawai'i, fostering employee engagement and strengthening company culture. Content included staff milestones (birthdays and anniversaries), standout customer feedback, company announcements, and community-building highlights such as raffle winners. Received positive feedback from team members for boosting morale and internal communication. All front-page graphics were original illustrations created in Procreate.
